Repair

1. The repair process is handled on a case-by-case basis by SEAB2®. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email repair@seab2.pt, with the instructions for sending the merchandise being answered and defined through the same communication channel.

2. Repair of parts is free for up to 2 years after purchase. After this period, the repair cost will be analyzed, defined, and communicated to the User depending on the specific case.
